Notice of Public Hearing--Amended Annual Plan for FY 2023.

The HACL has revised the Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plan for FY 2023. The Amended proposed plan was available for review and written comments from 7/14/23--8/28/23 at: 407 N. Sycamore Street and online at: lumbertonhousing.org. 

If you require special accommodations, please submit them in writing to the attention of the Executive Director on or before September 25, 2023.

SUBJECT: Notice of Updated HCV Administrative Plan

Notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of the City of Lumberton is revising its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan.  

The proposed Administrative Plan is available for review beginning 06/30/2023 to 08/1/2023 either via this link or physically at the HACL's office located at 407 N. Sycamore Street, Lumberton, NC 28358.  Normal operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Written comments on the proposed revisions to the 2023 HCV Administrative Plan must be addressed to "Attention: HACL 2023 HCV Administrative Plan/ Steven Harrell" 407 N. Sycamore Street, Lumberton, NC 28358 or via email at: sharrell@lumbertonhousing.org and must be received by 1pm on 08/1/2023.
