Public Notice: HACL FY24 Proposed Annual Plan Comment Period

SUBJECT: Notice of Public Comment period for HACL FY24 Proposed Annual Plan

Notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of the City of Lumberton is updating its Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plan for the fiscal year starting on 3/31/2024.  The proposed Amended Annual Plan is available for review beginning 10/06/2023 to 11/20/2023 either via lumbertonhousing.org or physically at the HACL's office located at 407 N. Sycamore Street, Lumberton, NC 28358.  A public hearing will be held on 11/21/2023 at the monthly HACL Board of Commissioner's Meeting.  Written comments on the proposed revisions to the 2024 HACL Proposed Annual Plan must be addressed to Steven Harrell at sharrell@lumbertonhousing.org and must be received by 1pm on 11/20/2023.
