PUBLIC NOTICE: HACL FY26-PROPOSED ANNUAL PLAN COMMENT PERIOD: 

The Housing Authority of the City of Lumberton is updating the Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plan for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 2026. The proposed Annual Plan will be available for review beginning October 10, 2025 at: 307 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Lumberton, NC 28358. A Public Hearing will be held on November 25, 2025 at the monthly HACL Board meeting. Written comments on the proposed revisions to the 2026 Proposed Annual Plan must be addressed to: Anthony Coleman at: acoleman@lumbertonhousing.org and must be received no later than 1pm on November 12, 2025.
