What does PHA-Web offer?

• View and reprint payment history.
• Send and receive documents to and from the Lumberton Housing Authority staff.
• View upcoming unit inspections.
• Reprint completed inspection results.
• View occupied unit information.
• Reprint 1099's
• Update contact and banking information.

What do you need to do to enroll?

• You will receive a letter that will give you instructions on how to create your profile, which will include your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and the preferred User Name for you to use, and you will receive the name of your Housing Counselor.
