Helpful Tips
We know this school year might look different than others, but we are rooting for you!
Here are some tips for studying:
- Writing something down is the equivalent to reading it 7 times.
- Stay hydrated.
- Use music as motivation.
- Keep healthy snacks accessible.
- Study in intervals of 30-50 minutes with a 10-minute break.
- Study daily to retain the material.
- Fins a comfortable study environment.
- Ask for help!
Bed Bugs
Bed Bug Identification
- Eggs are tine, white, glued to surfaces.
- Oval Shaped, flattened with six legs.
- Adults are rusty red, apple seed sized, 1/4-3/8"
- Do not jump or fly, but are good runners.
- Tend to congregate together.
Signs of Bed Bugs
- Small black dropping, blood stains, or shed skins on bottom of bed sheets.
- Red, itchy rashes from bites.
If you suspect you have Bed Bugs, please contact maintenance for a FREE inspection.
