Southern Carolina Housing Hosts Successful 5th Annual Danny K. Martin Scholarship Golf Tournament

LUMBERTON, N.C. - Southern Carolina Housing recently celebrated the success of its 5th Annual Danny K. Martin Scholarship Golf Tournament, bringing together players, teams, sponsors, and community supporters for a meaningful cause.
The tournament raised $11,000 for the Danny K. Martin Scholarship Endowment, which provides scholarship opportunities for eligible Lumberton Housing Authority residents attending Robeson Community College (RCC). Residents have the opportunity to apply for assistance through the scholarship endowment as they pursue their educational goals.
Since its creation as the nonprofit arm of the Lumberton Housing Authority, Southern Carolina Housing has remained committed to helping individuals and families overcome barriers, achieve their goals, and build brighter futures through education and community support.
