Online Payments and Applications Suspended Until Further Notice

The Lumberton Housing Authority will be transitioning to a new system of record over the next few weeks. To reduce any record errors during data transition, we have disabled the following:

• Online Applications are suspended until further notice.  
  
  • Public Housing applications MUST be submitted in person at 307 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Lumberton, NC 28358. Active applications prior to 10 July 2024 are not affected.  
  • Housing Choice Voucher applications are NOT being accepted at this time and will remain CLOSED.
    
    
• Online Rent Payments are suspended until further notice.  Any automatic payments must be canceled by the tenant.
