SUBJECT: Notice of Public Comment period for Lumberton Housing Authority FY26 Proposed Annual Plan
Notice is hereby given that the Lumberton Housing Authority is amending its Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plan for the fiscal year ending on 3/31/2027. The proposed Amended Annual Plan is available for review beginning 08/05/2026 through 09/21/2026 via paper copy at the Authority's office located at 307 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Lumberton, NC 28358. A public hearing will be held on 9/22/2026 at the monthly Board of Commissioner's Meeting. Written comments on the proposed revisions to the Amended 2026 Proposed Annual Plan must be addressed to Steven Harrell at sharrell@lumbertonhousing.org and must be received by 1pm on 9/22/2026.

A public hearing will be held on 10/27/2026 at the monthly Board of Commissioner's Meeting.
